Orders must be made at least a working day in advance for following delivery schedule to be valid.
Weekday: Free next day delivery if order comes in before 12pm Singapore time.
Saturday: Free next day delivery if order comes in before 10am Singapore time.
Sunday: Free next day delivery if your order was placed one day advance.
For Phone Orders
Weekday: Free same day delivery if order comes in before 2pm Singapore time.
Saturday: Free same day delivery if order comes in before 10am Singapore time.
Sunday: Free next day delivery if your order was placed one day advance.
*Additional Delivery Charges
If you select your delivery timing to be between 7pm and 10pm there will be a late night delivery charge of $15. (For Phone Orders Only)
Delivery
* All flower arrangements and gifts are for delivery within Singapore mainland.
* Delivery charges are included in the price stated for delivery to 1 location only.
* We will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery of the flowers or gifts in the following condition:
o The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given and there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
o The address is incorrect.
o Recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.
* In case of eventual non delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of the product and the costs involved.
* An additional charge of $15 will be impose shall there be a redelivery.
* Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund can be made.
* In all cases, we will try their best to deliver according to the requested time. However, in rare cases of late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be liable for any claims arising out of such situations.
